Within just six months, it was possible to integrate various management systems into a uniform, efficient system.
Aeneis was established as the central “single point of truth”, bringing together all processes, specifications and key figures. This considerably reduced manual effort and significantly improved data quality.

More than 700 suggestions for improvement were submitted, of which over 450 were implemented - impressive proof of the company's commitment.
