The latest beer in our Speed Brew Series is this session NEIPA with Sabro, Mosaic and Azacca. It went from grain to glass in just 72 hours by fermenting in the FermZilla Gen 3.2 at 25psi and 35°C using Omega Yeast's Hornindal Kveik. Compared to our first speed brew it was a big step up thanks to the slightly extended deadline (72hrs compared to 60hrs), dry hop with super aromatic and juicy hops plus a more suitable yeast for the beer style.
