If you've never heard of Shaxian Delicacies, don't worry, it's only the biggest chain restaurant brand in China! And the weirdest thing is, not many people know where Shaxian is or if it even has "delicacies"😂
So today, I've decided i will go solve this mystery! I'm taking a 16hs train to Fujian too look for this mysterious town and find out if the food there even resembles what we can get anywhere in China.
