Hey Variety Fitness People,

These exercises and workouts are a deliberate focus to bring variety and variation to improve muscle recruitment, adaptation for better results. This session of variety training will use balance and stability with single leg hamstring, lower back and core. So, this is more than just single leg Romanian Deadlifts. These are compound movements that will enhance balance, hamstring strength and core. Let's see if we can get both balance and burn in the same reps.

Firstly, remember to warm up and be safe to do exercise close to something so sturdy if one loses their balance.
