HALO Versa 16 Outdoor Pizza Oven

This week we did a walkthrough of the Halo Versa 16 Pizza Oven. Michelle was gifted this oven for Christmas and we have not been disappointed. It’s easy to operate, move and clean & there is very little learning curve. As you can see in the video it was quite cold and windy the day we filmed. The Halo maintained 700-750 on the deck in these conditions. This oven is versatile, you can use either a 1LB or 20LB Propane tank for fuel and either 2 D Cell batteries or plug it in to an outlet to use the turntable. We will be using this oven for Pizza Cook-off events and home use. It is well built, yet not too heavy to move around. So far, we are happy with the purchase and the customer service has been great!

Easy Pizza
• 1 Store bought Pizza Dough
• 5 Slices of Mozzarella Cheese
• 1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
• 1/2 Cup of Pizza Sauce

Stretch your dough out by pushing from the center out. Stretch by hand or use a rolling pin if necessary.
Once the dough is to your desired size and shape, place dough onto your pizza peel, add a bit of corn meal to the peel so the dough releases easily. Add your cheese and sauce. Place into the heated oven and turn on the rotating stone. Watch pizza for doneness, usually takes about 4-6 minutes, depending on the outside temp. Once done remove from oven and enjoy!
