The Holy Roman Empire is arguably one of the most complex and misunderstood aspects of medieval history. In Crusader Kings III, it can be very fun playing as one of the many vassal states within the Empire.

In this video, we assess the historical accuracy of the Holy Roman Empire in Crusader Kings III. In doing so, we will look at the empire as a whole, its state and ruler in the 1066 start, as well as some of the most important dukes and duchesses within it.
