But I thought, let's go different and give you "Mooser's" a good ole rare groove session.

Now rare groove was a name started by someone (the late great Des Parkes me thinks) to describe a period of black soul music. not simple like northern soul with a driven beat.
Highly polished silky soul music lavish strings.
The record prices went through the roof as people paid fortunes to obtain rare vinyl...many times people paid hundreds of UK pounds for one tune on the album.
I used to have so much of these on vinyl, but then I went digital and now most of what I have left is on compilation albums.

To the purists they call these compilation albums "shameful", but for me it's about having it on vinyl.

Most rare groove in my humble opinion, is slow over produced music, but the ones on this video are proper bangers.
Some of them well known bangers but a few rare gems.
If you ever want to hear them at their best get them on a reggae sound system so you can hear the bass drops.

Yes Hot Chocolate are on it....What! trust me some people have Tom Jones and Kenny Lynch rare groove tunes. A good tune is a good tune.

I think when you see me dancing you can work out my favourites.
