Neil Armstrong, an American aeronautical engineer and a legendary astronaut have defied the law of gravity and captured the hearts of many. However he encountered a tragic incident with Earth's atmosphere on 6th May, 1968 when he took off on a simulated lunar landing mission in a lunar landing research vehicle, suddenly it started to malfunction and Neil Armstrong had no option than to quickly eject from the vehicle with the aid of his parachute but this did not scare nor discourage him in any way from exploring the space.
