40 or 200 drops Clove Oil
35 or 175 drops Lemon Oil
20 or 100 drops Cinnamon Bark
15 or 75 drops Eucalyptus Oil
10 or 50 drops Rosemary Oil

Start with 10 drops in your diffuser at night period adjust accordingly if needed. You can also put a little bit on your finger and rub it on your chest before going out as an added protection.

For an all purpose cleaner and disinfectant put one part water to a half a part distilled white vinegar. Then put two drops of your oil mixture per ounce of water. You can put one drop per ounce for a lighter solution. Also put one drop of lemon oil per 2 oz. This will help with the scent and add disinfectant quality and help pull up sticky messes.
