When someone decides they’re going to give up their career and devote their life to ministry, it’s scary and impacts others, especially family. In the Bible, we see moments such as “Simon drops everything to follow Jesus” and often don’t think about the fallout, but their lives were similar to ours—their hopes, fears, issues, etc..
