Sherwood 800x600 Router Table Kit:

Built for those looking for a router table that is the basic model yet perfectly capable. Just supply your own router and you’re ready to go. Featuring a Phenolic covered MDF top, powder coated steel legs, mounting plate and fence system, this table includes all the necessary part to get you started.
The router mounting plate is a Phenolic mount plate which saves considerably on the weight of a cast-iron router table top, without sacrificing the durability and reliability. The unit comes with a standard size ring plastic insert with wrench to allow for easy bit changing through the top of the table. Please note: Phenolic plates are not guaranteed to be perfectly flat but are made within very tight tolerances.

30mm-thick HMR (High Moisture Resistant) MDF is at the core of these table tops. If you've ever picked up a full-size sheet of thick MDF you will know that this material is no lightweight but in the router table size and compared to cast-iron there are massive weight savings to be gained.
Rather than just using melamine on the surface - these tops have vacuum-pressed phenolic - a durable and long-lasting polymer that will withstand many years of timber passing over it. Phenolic has low friction resistance, meaning that all timber will pass over the top without the need for any kind of dry lubricant.
The legs are powder coated in black to give a rust resistant and subtle look. It also features adjustable feet allowing you to level out the table.
The fence incorporates a dust extraction port, overhead safety guard and T-Track rule so that you can add a stop block (sold separately).
Ready for upgrades
Whether this be a basic table for someone or the base of a more advanced table for someone to add to. This router table is a great starting point for any woodworker. This unit fits both the Sherwood R-Lift 3 and R-Lift 4 router lifts as well as the dust collection box (all sold separately). Want to switch on your router without reaching under the table? You can add a Sherwood power switch to the legs.
