Kombucha Recipe from today:
-1 gallon glass jar
-small pot
-coffee filter & rubber band
-14 cups filtered water
-1 cup cane sugar
-6 tea bags (black or green tea)
-kombucha starter culter & scoby
-funnel & bottles
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add tea bags & steep 10 mins.
-add sugar & let dissolve
-add sweetened tea mixture to gallon jar & add filtered water
-add in starter tea & scoby, stir well
-place coffee filter & band over your jar
-let sit for 7-21 days, you can begin tasting at day 7.
