I don't usually post WoO videos because usually the matching algorithms drastically mismatch alliances - leading to very lopsided outcomes and dull viewing experience. This was my first WoO with one of 1508's top alliances to get a feel of how an organized and strategic server approaches the event, and well, it reinforced that stereotype. There were enough MMs and CEs to support every transfer station and mount a competitive defense of facilities. We faced the 3rd alliance misfitz from 1324, a super server (relative to S1000+), who would absolutely crush any alliance from my old server in S1305. However, in this WoO, they barely made it onto the map. Big props to the opponents Thorn (who was briefly on S1305 and then S1508) and Sandman, for carrying their alliance and face tanking our top players before eventually getting burned. Either way, most the action was in the first 5-10 minutes, then the rest of the time was just hoping someone would hit our reined facilities.

Notable moments:
3:30 - taking my first hit against a navy val march. Did surprisingly well on defense.
5:15 - Opposing server's top players land on the map and burn one of ours.
6:00 - One of our top players zero-ing Thorn, I believe Thorn may have had his main out though.
7:40 - 8:10 - Attempting a hit on Sandman, didn't really expect to beat him, but was worth a shot. Upon reviewing the replay, he had much better triggers, otherwise I do believe I had a good chance to at least take 1 march.
11:10 - AC chat showing the number of hits the few players who landed ending up taking before getting ported.
27:55, 28:46 - a replay from an impressive defense against a VIP12/13 navy val march. Obviously great procs made this defense possible.
