This has NEVER been opened before and went faulty whilst my wife was away on a work trip. It is an Oral-B Type 3771 electric toothbrush. It lights up and charges, but doesn't vibrate, or sometimes gives 1 seconds worth of vibration. Can it be fixed or will it join the 1000's of other electric toothbrushes in landfill
