Turon is one of the popular Pinoy merienda or snacks. It is a Saging Saba or Banana Plantain dredge with Brown Sugar, top with Langka (Jackfruit), and wrapped with Spring roll wrapper. Fried in medium-low heat. Sprinkle sugar in the pan while frying for the glaze effect of Turon. Wait for the sugar to caramelized and then continuously flip and swirl the Turon until all coated with a caramelized light brown sugar. Lower the heat and continuously swirl the Turon. Ready to Serve.
