This iRobot Roomba i7+ robot vacuum is impressive. It is smart enough to map the room, and, you can create virtual borders from within the app. It also integrates with Google Assistant so that you can say "Clean (room name)" or "Start vacuuming." or even “What is Roomba doing.”

I like how the vacuum components are serviceable; they're comfortable to remove and clean. The bag in the base takes a while to fill up. I don't like that they want you to change the bag out every time it's full, so I just clean it and reuse the same bag.

You have several ways to begin cleaning. Press the Clean button on the robot itself, and the robot will head out. Or open the app and press the virtual clean button.

Its new mapping and sensor technology are upgraded from the previous versions. Now the iRobot 7550 i7+ robotic vacuum is a lot better at actually remembering the layout and various obstacles. So it dramatically reduces the bumping of furniture, and other obstacles once it learns more about its surroundings.

After the first few times that the iRobot i7+ cleans your area, this machine will provide you with a map of the area. You can then segregate the area into rooms and can even set which parts (or rooms) can get vacuumed and on which days/times. You can also set schedules inside the app so the robot will lean automatically, whenever you choose.

Now the iRobot Roomba i7+ can empty itself. This machine is available with a special dock that contains a dustbin so that any time the Roomba is full, and it'll head back to its base station and automatically empty itself.

I have all hard floors, and the iRobot Roomba i7 plus cleans the floors pretty well. This iRobot Roomba i7+ 7550 robot vacuum really saves me time on vacuuming. I have furry cats, and their fur tumbleweeds sometimes get stuck in one of the parts and keep it from spinning. For the most part, it's good at picking up cat fur, though. This Irobot Roomba i7+ fits under furniture without a problem and raises itself up and down, so it can transfer from the carpet to hard floors. I was disappointed that it was bad at picking up the dry cat food that my messy cat gets on the floor, though.

All in all, this iRobot Roomba i7+ 7550 robotic vacuum has really cut down on my chores. I'm pleased with it. I have all noticed the reduced amount of dust on furniture as well, and also how much easier it is to breathe/reduction in allergy symptoms. I was hesitant to buy it because of the cost, but it is well worth the money!!
