"Laksaviya Foundation, Australia, donated an Ultrasound Machine to the Gampaha Wickramarachchi University of Indigenous Medicine, Sri Lanka, in order to support the clinical training of the students of GWUIM.
On behalf of Laksaviya Foundation, the project was handled by Mr. Jayananda and Mr. Senaka Rodrigo. From GWUIM, Professor Ranjana W. Senevirathne, Vice Chancellor of GWUIM and Professor in Shalakya, and Prof. A. A. J. Pushpakumara immensely contributed to the success of the project.
Thus, we would like to sincerely thank all the aforementioned individuals, Laksaviya Foundation, as well as Dr. Anoma Senanayake, Consultant Radiologist, and Visiting Lecturer at GWUIM, for coordinating this project."
