Can you video edit on the iPad Air 5?
Short answer, yes.

I did also upload via the iPad and would like to note it did take around an hour for the video to upload directly from Luma Fusion to YouTube, so possibly saving the video on a HD and uploading via PC is better option if you plan to do this.
