Yes, I do know how to make my own, small, cheesy quesadillas. Yhis was a monster build for me. Yet, it was so delicious. With the veggies and extra cheese, sour cream, quacamole and extra black olives it looked more like a salad landed on a pizza... Delicious and perfection, too! Could only eat half.
