I guess it was expected to happen, but we thought we were jumping into the building process soon enough.

However, our local township has refuse to let us build until we can be granted a waiver, which may or may not be approved.

In the meantime, building prices are beginning to skyrocket . . . which may throw our costs off and put us out of budget, and NO BUILD :(

It's back to work on the christmas trees, gearing up for our BIGGEST PLANTING YET of 1,000 trees! BUT WHERE WILL THEY FIT?!
