Do you sometimes feel like your traumatic events are stopping you from achieving certain goals in your life? And do you have a fear of imparting your fears and limiting beliefs onto your children?
If so, then you're not alone. These things holding you back are called Childhood Vows that you made when you were a child. Yep, you're holding yourself back and in this video I share what to do about it.

In this video, I share how to release your childhood vows so you can finally achieve the goals you've always wanted AND inspire your child to grow to be a confident and resilient adult.

Childhood Vows Worksheet Questions:

Make a list of each decisive moment or situation (even minor ones) that you can recall from birth until age 25. Take your time compiling this list.

Part 2: Apply the following set of questions to EACH item on your list.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
How did this situation shape your worldview?

How did you decide (or vow) you would ACT from then on?

How did this vow make you mechanical, reactive, or inflexible from then on?

How has this mechanicalness created suffering in your life?

What is that vow protecting you from?

Now that you have more life experience and distance, what weren’t you seeing at the time?

Could you summon the courage to drop that vow entirely?
........................................................................................................................

Part 3: Answer these questions only AFTER completing the part above.

My top 3 most-mechanical and limiting childhood vows are…

How would you act differently if you were free of all your childhood vows?

How would you feel differently if you were free of all your childhood vows?
