After a 4 year hiatus, SEPTA's PCC streetcars have returned to revenue service along Route 15, also coinciding with the reopening of the line out to Richmond and Westmoreland. There are still quite a few buses along the line, as a portion of the fleet remains in the final phases of preparation for re-entry into service. Enjoy =)
