Red spaghetti recipe:
INGREDIENTS for two people:

- 200g spaghetti
- 1/2 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 400g crushed tomato
- 100ml of cooking cream (milk cream)
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 100ml of the cooking broth
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Optionally grated cheese
PREPARATION:

Peel and chop the garlic and onion. We put it in a frying pan with a splash of oil and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. After the time has passed, we add the tomato and cook over medium heat for 10 more minutes. Meanwhile we cook the spaghetti
Once cooked, drain, reserving some of the cooking broth.
The tomato sauce will already have evaporated of water. We add the cream and the teaspoon of paprika. We mix and heat. We add the spaghetti, the oregano and the water we have reserved from cooking. Mix well. Optionally sprinkle with grated cheese.

Banana Blondie Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
2 bananas
2 eggs
40g ground almonds
145g peanut butter
cinnamon to taste
Chocolate chips

PREPARATION:
We put the bananas and eggs in a bowl and mash them. Next we add the peanut butter and ground almonds and mix well with the help of a fork. We add the cinnamon and continue mixing. We put the mixture in an oven-safe mold, add the chocolate chips on top and bake in the oven at 165 degrees for 25 minutes.
