Sauce for Zoodles - I used tomatoes (pureed), onion, garlic, green pepper, mushrooms, a can of diced tomatoes, fresh basil, sweet and hot Italian sausage, and salt. I added slightly thawed zoodles to some sauce and heated in a saucepan until zoodles were tender.
