I have SIBO (small intestine bacteria overgrowth). I have a methane dominant SIBO. This is my story from being diagnosed with gastritis / stomach ulcers to lactose intolerance to acid reflux to hydrogen dominant SIBO, and finally the correct diagnosis of methane-dominant SIBO.
