This is the backing track I used for the StealThisLick #012:

This circle of fourths (or circle of fifths) backing track with a jazz feeling is perfect to practice your dominant ideas over all keys. The tempo is easy going (130bpm) and every chord has 4 bars, and then it moves up to the next one in the cycle of fourths.
If you're not familiar, the progression is at follows:
B7 → E7 → A7 → D7 → G7 → C7
→ F7 → Bb7 → Eb7 → Ab7 → Db7 → Gb7
and then it goes back to B7.

It's also a very good way to learn your chords as most progressions use fourth intervals, for instance the ii - V - I cadence many songs use in their structure.

Have fun!
