CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — More than $32 million will be granted to schools in the Charleston County School District (CCSD) after the Board of Trustees unanimously approved the fiscal year 2025 budget Monday night.

"There are always teachers leaving because they just can't afford to stay in the classroom," CCSD teacher Jody Stallings said. "This year, we have no one who qualifies for that."
