Every other month, subscribers of this club will receive a wide quarter of Roxy Floss Co hand dyed fabric.

The Traditional club will be fabrics that are suitable for reproduction samplers and can work with an array of different colour palettes. Examples of “traditional” fabrics in the current RFC offerings include Panettone, Speculaas, Biscuit, Porcelain, Dirty Porcelain, French Hen, Rustic Pistachio, and Pepita.

The Modern club will offer a variety of fun and contemporary, but still very usable colours perfect for more modern designs. Examples of a modern fabric in the current RFC offerings include Smooth Sailing, Cloud Break, PUB Crawl, Candy Apple, Night Owl, and Beekeeper.

Note: the above colours are just examples of tones that fit into the "traditional" description and are not the colours you will be receiving.

Billing and Shipping:

- You will be automatically billed every other month on the 15th of the month that comes before the shipping date using the payment method you select at check out. ;Your first subscription will be billed immediately, then subsequent subscriptions will follow the above billing cycle. (Note: New subscriptions started after the 15th of the month will be fulfilled on the NEXT billing cycle. For example, a new subscription started on September 16th will not be fulfilled until November, a new subscription started on November 16th will not be fulfilled until January, etc.)

- Months you will receive fabric: Sept 2024, Nov 2024, Jan 2025, Mar 2025, May 2025, July 2025, Sept 2025, etc.

- Your chosen fabric club will be shipped during the last two weeks of the month. You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail. All fabric club shipments include tracking.

- Prices advertised do not include the price of shipping. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and will be applied to each monthly billing.

- If you have multiple subscriptions, we will combine your items into one shipment and refund any shipping overages.

- Your subscription will run for the length of time you have chosen and ;will not be automatically renewed. If you wish to renew your subscription once it's completed, you can e-mail Hannah to have it extended.

Cancellation:

- To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and hit "Manage Your Subscriptions". Cancellations must be made 15 days before the next billing cycle. You are billed on the 15th of the month, so you must cancel by the 1st of the month.
