This a personal description of what it feels like to go through a Panic Attack and the complications that come from living with the knowledge that it can happen again at any time.

Experiencing a panic attack is like being trapped in fear. It's overwhelming, like a storm in your mind. Living with the uncertainty of it happening again is exhausting. You can be fine one moment and then suddenly panic. It's like walking on eggshells, never knowing when it'll crack. The fear lingers, making every moment feel tense. Panic attacks are unpredictable, catching you off guard. Dealing with the aftermath can be draining and challenging.
But remember, you're not alone in this journey.
