Hey y'all, today we're going to be making No Soak No Simmer millet spawn jars! They're super easy to make and only require 2 ingredients, millet and water. I personally use millet the most for spawn jars, I like the amount of surface area it provides and the ease of prep!

Notes From Video:
Millet Weight (g) / 2.3 = Water Weight (ml)
Do a hot shake before PC'ing to disperse water throughout millet
For 1Qt jars, PC for 90 minutes at 15psi (120 minutes for half gallon jars)
Set jars on a towel to avoid shocking the glass jars after PC'ing
Do a hot shake after PC'ing to break up grains
Let jars cool to room temp before inoculating
