๐ŸŽ„ Let me tell you a little secret. You only need to prepare four 10,000 won bills. Please hurry. I bet you will have more and more small gatherings by the end of the year. For the year-end home party, I have five Christmas recipes for you. The biggest secret is that these recipes are prepared with only 40,000 won. With 40,000 won, you can make appetizers, main dishes, and wine! Isn't it incredible?


๐ŸŽ„ [Paste chips] (2 servings)
- Ingredients: 2 cups of Rigatoni, 2 spoons of salt, 2 spoons of olive oil, 2 spoons of parmesan cheese, and a little bit of herb powder.- Cream basil sauce: 3 spoons of cream cheese, 1 spoon of basil pesto, salt, pepper
1. When the water and salt in a pot come to a boil, add the Rigatoni noodles and cook for 12 minutes. 2. Cool the water by squeezing it through a sieve.
3. Toss boiled ligatoni with olive oil, parmesan cheese, salt, and herb powder in a large mixing bowl.
(Tip: Mix it thoroughly so that the seasoning adheres to the pasta noodles.)
(Tip: Mix the pasta noodles well so that the seasoning sticks well.)
4. Spread thinly in an oven pan, place in an air fryer preheated to 200 degrees Celsius, bake for about 10 minutes, then flip it upside down and bake for another 10 minutes.

5. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the cream basil sauce ingredients.
6. Serve and enjoy with sauce.
(You can eat it with ketchup if you don't make the sauce.)


๐ŸŽ„ [Smoked Salmon Bruschetta] (6 servings)
- Ingredients : 1/2 baguette slices, sliced smoked salmon, 180, dill, 1/4 cup maple syrup, some freshly ground black pepper, a little bit
- Cream cheese dip ingredients : 3 tablespoons cream cheese, some maple syrup 1/2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon lemon juice
1. Cut smoked salmon in half. Put the spread ingredients into a bowl and mix them.2. Slice the baguette and crunchy toast both sides.
Tip. Put foil paper on baguette slices, put heavy cast iron pan on top of it. You can make grilled marks easily.3. Apply cream cheese dip on baguette bread, place smoked salmon, and sprinkle deals and pepper powder. Just before you eat, sprinkle maple syrup to make it easier to eat.
(It's good to add a caper or onion depending on your taste.)

- Ingredients: 2 handfuls (about 40g) basil, 15 cherry tomatoes (150g), 100g mozzarella cheese, 10 green olives
- Dressing ingredients: 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, salt and pepper
1. Arrange the basil in a wreath shape on a plate.
2. Arrange the cherry tomatoes and olives on top of the basil.
3. Arrange the torn mozzarella along the grain, then combine all of the dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together to make a dressing.
4. Just before serving, drizzle dressing over the wreath salad and serve.


๐ŸŽ„[Gambas Al Ajillo] (2~3 servings)
- Ingredients: 15 shrimp, 5 button mushrooms, 10 pieces of garlic, 5 peperoncino, a bit of parsley, and a bit of baguette bread
- Sauce ingredients: 1+1/3 cup of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, a bit of pepper.
1. Wash the shrimp clean, remove the head, leave only the tail, remove the shell, and sprinkle a little salt and pepper to season. (Cut off the sharp water gun at the end.)
2. Cut garlic into pieces and cut button mushrooms into three pieces.
3. Pour olive oil into a pan and heat it slightly, and when bubbles rise, add garlic pieces and boil for about a minute.
4. Add shrimp and button mushrooms, and when the shrimp turns red, add salt, pepper, parsley, and finely crushed peperoncino and finish.
5. Warm Casuela with crispy baked baguette.
( You can use the remaining olive oil for other stir-fried dishes.)


๐ŸŽ„ [Shrimp oil pasta] (2 servings)
- Ingredients: 170g of spaghetti, 6 pieces of garlic, 5 white-legged shrimp, 1 handful of lucola (optional), 3 pepperoncino (or 1 dried pepper), a little bit of Italian parsley (optional), 5 tablespoons of olive oil, chicken stock (solid), a little bit of salt, and a little bit of pepper.
1. Chop garlic into pieces and chop pepperoncino and Italian parsley thickly. Remove the head of the shrimp and leave only the tail to remove the shell.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to 8 cups of water, boil spaghetti noodles for about 6 minutes, spread them in a wide bowl, and sprinkle olive oil. (Leave 1/3 cup of boiled cotton water.)
3. Put olive oil in a pan and add garlic pieces and pepperoncino and season with a little salt and pepper and stir-fry. Add the trimmed shrimp and stir-fry until the garlic turns brown.
4. Add boiled spaghetti noodles, season with a little salt and pepper, and stir-fry noodles and chicken stock without leaving the sauce out.
5. Lastly, sprinkle some olive oil and Italian parsley and turn off the heat.
