I grew up in Tucson but moved to Show Low about 20 years ago. This is the second leg of what has become my drive home over the years.

This is the second part of a drive from Tucson, AZ to Show Low, AZ. It starts in Globe, AZ and ends in Show Low, AZ. This is my favorite part of the drive. Driving from the desert floor up the rim into the pine forests of the White Mountains. The drive through the Salt River Canyon is always pretty and I sure do love winding roads.

Going from 3,510 ft (1,070 m) to 6,345 ft (1,934 m).
