Hello everyone!
One of my favorite flavor combinations!! Lemon + Coconut It's been a while, right?
I fell in love with this combination that I first tasted in a foreign country, so I make it in spring and summer.
I made the lemon cake I uploaded before to make it a little more fluffy and combined it with coconut.
I love it! In particular, the white chocolate makes the coconut taste more tasty.
It's easy to make, so make sure to make it this spring and summer!!

"If you omit the white chocolate, the sweetness is lacking and it's a pity. Make sure to apply it thickly!!"

➡Ingredients (Amount of dough for 8 lemon cakes + 1 muffin)
70g Melted Butter
105g Eggs
90 g Cake flour
20g Ground almonds (almond flour)
3g baking powder
83g Caster sugar
1g Salt
4g Lemon zest
30g Lemon juicy
50g Milk

70 g White chocolate
6g vegetable oil
50g~60g (prepare generously)


✔ I baked it for 15 minutes in a preheated oven of 170℃(338℉) (based on convection oven) Each oven has different temperatures and heating lines, so just refer to the temperature and find your own temperature. In particular, induction, light wave, and mini oven are very different.
✔ ✔ It's more delicious if you eat it after sealing it and keeping it at room temperature for a day.
