This pandemic has effected all of us and the toys are no exception! After learning that the toilet roll is gone, Buzz must venture to find some more. But will this come at a cost?

This YTP has been in production during the entirety of the lockdown. We wanted to push ourselves to the limit with this one not only because it's Pixar but because of the circumstances that have surrounded it's development. We know how hard times have gotten for so many people and it is that awareness that has kept us both at the grind mill. We feel it is the duty of all independent creators to rise to the occasion and provide entertainment during such difficult times as these and with the world seemingly going mad out there, more and more people are finding themselves in need of an escape. We hope we can fill that void, in these times.

At the beginning of production we felt a real need to include the legendary actor James Cagney into the video. We tried in "Toads Wintry Willies" but only got as far as making him a Carnation! So after searching for nearly a week for footage (most of which was black & white) we decided it wasn't meant to be. However, as production was drawing to a close, we we're both very unhappy with how short the Safeway scene was and so we searched one more time.We found luck in the film "Love Me Or Leave Me" (1955) in which he gives a particularly energetic performance. Despite that scene taking an entire month to make alone, we are particularly pleased we included it! Our Grandad has long been a huge James Cagney fan and we we're bought up on watching his films so it only seems fitting that the scene is dedicated to him.

The challenges that came with this YTP were far more than either of us expected, as originally this video was intended to be three minutes!
