I'm sharing the 5 things I've been doing to help me feel more in tune and connected with my postpartum body, and how you might be able to recenter yourself as well. Bounce back culture can feel really toxic when you're in a vulnerable state like postpartum, so hopefully this video brings some reassurance to your experience.
