In this video, I discuss a warning issued by Gene Munster, one of the biggest Tesla and Nvidia bulls, regarding Nvidia's upcoming earnings report. Munster suggests that Nvidia's stock might trade down after earnings due to potential delays in their new Blackwell chip, which could cause some investors to panic sell. However, he emphasizes that the long-term outlook for Nvidia remains extremely positive, as they are at the forefront of the AI revolution.

I agree with Munster's assessment that short-term volatility might lead to a dip in Nvidia's stock, but I believe this would be a temporary setback. Nvidia is currently dominating the AI space, with their data center business growing exponentially. Despite the stock's recent rapid rise, Nvidia's forward price-to-earnings ratio is still reasonable compared to other tech giants.

Looking ahead to the earnings report, there are high expectations for Nvidia to deliver strong results. While there’s a risk of a market correction if they miss these expectations, the long-term prospects for Nvidia remain strong.

Even if the stock dips after earnings, I expect it to be quickly bought up by investors who recognize Nvidia’s potential over the next 3 to 5 years.
