This property is a residential property where 2 stems of Knotweed appeared in March 2023, and was not seen prior to this. The Knotweed was coming from under a garage which had a concrete floor.
On investigation, the property next door was almost 1 acre and the grounds had several large areas of Knotweed growing, albeit the closest growth to this property was over 10 metres away.
