The Mario Party 5 plush set!!! If you know even the slightest about NINTENDO plushies, you’ll know the EXACT significance of this line up. This set was made by Sanei in 2003 and contains 8 plushies who star in MP5. These being Mario / Luigi / Yoshi / Toad / Peach / Donkey Kong / Wario & Bowser!!! There are a variety of reasons which has led to these becoming some of the most expensive Mario plushies out there!!! Firstly is due to the huge demand for em. This largely comes from the fact that many popular YouTubers / Plushtubers use these exact plusheis (most notably Super Mario Logan / SML and his usage of MP5 Mario). This set is also very speici in the fact that it was one of Sanei’s 1st attempts at making Mario characters, nowadays their Mario plush models dominate the Mario plush market!!! Getting a whole set of these today is extremely tough, the demand and the fact that these have even discontinued for well over a decade means you’ll NEED to resort to the aftermarket where prices are CRAZY!!!
