This Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando skill point, Joba's Wrench Ninja 2, is the Worst Skill Point in the entire game. It can feel like you're doing every single Wrench technique, every speedrun movement right, every enemy killed and the game still doesn't give you the skill point you're looking for. Follow these instructions step by step, and you'll get it every time. Unless you mess up somehow. That's not my problem, though.
