The new profile "I got your back" works very well with this bean, since it is very forgiving. The beans themselves are very easy to dial in and pleasant and sweet to drink. There are 2 grinder settings that I could take it. The one you see on the video is a "normal" spro @ 3.25. I can also move it to 2.5 for a much slower, thicker and sweeter shot.
