How To Make Soybean Meal Pack Bait with Syrup Carp and Catfish Bait Recipe. This bait recipe was sent to me through facebook from Dylan Vess. Its a simple soybean meal pack bait. I have a similar video uploaded but thought I would make this as well to give you more options. Carp and Catfish alike love soybean meal I have caught tons of them on it. One great thing about syrup baits are the fact that they do not sour so if they dry out you can simply add more syrup and it will keep on working. Items needed are listed below.
