4 weeks to Tokyo marathon!! This week I ran the John Treacy 10 in Dungarvan. Finishing 2nd in 52:00.

Thanks to West Waterford AC for an exceptional event. My favourite race and I nearly did what I thought was impossible. Congratulations to Oisin Spillane on the win, Gun to Tape 👏.

No recovery run today it was a 2 hour long run around the hills. Probably the last of the hills for this block. 3/4 easy days to prepare for the big 3 weeks out session.
