Today we're planning meals for two! When you're empty nesters or a small family of two it can be tough to plan and prepare meals to suit your needs. I love having these meals prepped and in the freezer, for the nights I just don’t have the energy to be creative in the kitchen. We’ll do the prep work today to make future nights quicker and easier! Note: When using a whole bone-in pork shoulder, you’ll need to significantly increase the pressure cooking time. I cooked my 4.5-pound bone-in pork shoulder for 90 minutes then an additional 60 minutes on High Pressure.

Notes: I divided the bread recipe into 4 mini loaves and did not make the icing since I wanted to freeze the extra loaves. I cooked my mini loaves for 22 minutes at 350 degrees.
