VIDEO TRANSCRIPT:

Tyler B., Director of Engineering: Custom engineered solutions, or CES℠, is the process acronym that we use. That is a direct interaction between our customers, our sales force, and our engineering staff to solve their problem. They've got a unique situation; we love unique situations.

Ben W., Project Engineer: CES℠ is a big selling point because customers are constantly looking for improvements, and they have a partner in us that's willing to allocate the resources and work with them to improve the product to meet specifically what their requirements are.

Lenny G., Manufacturing Manager, Plant Management: Custom engineering solutions is a great program that we have. It really starts at the front end of our business with the initial communication with the customer.

Tales A., Product Application Specialist: We are talking about solutions, not about products. If the customer needs something special, we have a great team that can develop and do different things and custom products.

Christian B., Sr. Project Engineer/Lead Mechanical Engineer: At any given time, I can help out with a CES℠ design, or things like that, providing to our customers our engineering resources, to tailor our products to fit their specific needs.

Tyler B: The interaction when we have a customer in-house, along with our marketing team, is very, very good. They get a huge benefit out of being able to ask those technical questions direct to the person who, maybe, designed the actual product, and have that intimate knowledge to answer that question in an open and honest way. They get a really good understanding of what our product's capable of by having that interaction.

Sam F., Director of Sales APAC: We actually have been promoting CES℠, customer engineering solutions, more and more. Today, CES℠ has become a daily acronym within the company.
David L., Electronic Engineering Lead / Sr. Project Engineer: We want to learn more about the application; find out why this product doesn't fit the application and find a product that does.

Loretta L., Fabrication, Assemble & Calibrate: We got really good engineers here, we really do. They will brainstorm and they will say, okay, we can do this, we can do that, and they'll try it out. The customer that they do it for is extremely happy.

David L: We're listening and we want to solve the problem; not just address the problem with our product, but address the problem that they may be having in their application.

Tyler B: I would say to our customers, you can rely on what we do. We'll support what you need. If your need is unique, bring it on. We love unique and difficult challenging applications. Try Ashcroft. We'll listen; we'll solve your problem.
