Today, we're doing a somewhat advanced distilling procedure known as doing a stripping run before we come back next week and do a spirit run. Stripping runs are the act of fermenting and distilling multiple batches of the same recipe and collecting every last bit of good alcohol you can out before you come back in through a spirit run and clean things up. It's highly effective to make a nice bourbon or make a nice spirit of your choice. Thanks to Ballmer Peak Distillery for letting us film on location!
