For this project video I build a sliding barn door, from Up-Cycled Pallet wood. It features completely hand made hardware, from parts that can be purchased at the home store.

I use aging and distressing techniques, to make the door look older, and distress the wood...

This DIY project requires about 18 hrs to build, with basic tools, and while I used a chop saw, and table saw, could be completed with a circular saw, drill, hand saw and a square.
