The desire to visit Vietnam all started with my comfort food, pho, specifically from Pho Hoa. It turns out, besides Bánh Mì, Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese Pancake), Bún Mắm Cần Thơ, and other foods I'm here for, I found the most peaceful place I've ever been so far—Ninh Binh. :)
