Making cream cheese is super easy! Watch to learn how. In this video, I use kefir that I strained the grains out of and let sit for an additional 1-2 days at room temperature until it had good separation between whey and milk solids. If you use whole-milk buttermilk or piima milk, you will likewise want to let them sit at room temp for a day or two until you have good separation.
