INGREDIENTS
Boiled chickpeas :
200gm chickpeas
Water
1 tsp salt
For mutton yakhni :
250gm Mutton
3 glass water
Some salt
1 onion
1 tomato
1 badi elaichi
1/2 spn black pepper
1/2 spn jeera
1 inch dalchini
3 to 4 laung
1 spn coriander seeds
1 spn chilli flakes
Pulao Ingredients :
2 tbsp oil
2 medium size onion
5 to 6 green chillis
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
Boiled chickpeas
Cooked mutton
Add yakhni according to your rice quantity
Salt as per the taste (if required)
