The webinar will provide an overview of the IADR abstract and session proposal process in view of the 2024 IADR General Session in New Orleans, USA. Presenters will highlight resources made available by the IADR for preparing and submitting abstracts and session proposals including important dates and deadlines. Emphasis will be placed on preparing complete and guideline-adhering submissions. Criteria for abstract and proposal selection will be elaborated. Presenters will discuss elements of well-structured and informative abstracts and best practices for communicating scientific information via an IADR abstract.

The session will conclude will a discussion and Q & A session between BEHSR members and webinar participants. Participation of students/trainees and individuals who are planning to submit an abstract or proposal for the first time is highly encouraged.
